Long before Rana Homoeo Clinic opened its doors, a seed of compassion was planted by Late Shri Radhey Shyam Agarwal (IAS), who used his retirement funds to build two schools and a hospital. His vision of serving society lived on through his son, Late Shri Rajiv Agarwal, and today, it continues to grow through Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, founded by Dr. Harsh Vardhan Agarwal in 2012.

The Trust’s mission is simple yet powerful: to support the poor and marginalized in education, healthcare, and livelihoods while promoting equality, women empowerment, and cleanliness in society. Above all, it works with 100% honesty to ensure that the benefits of welfare schemes actually reach the people who need them.

A Shared Mission : Free Medical Camps Since 28 March 2022

The true strength of these two institutions lies in their collaboration. Since 28 March 2022, Rana Homoeo Clinic, in association with Help U Educational and Charitable Trust, has been organizing monthly free medical camps across Lucknow.

Till date, 25 free medical camps have been successfully conducted.

Each camp provides one week of free homoeopathic medicines to every patient.

The camps have reached hundreds of underprivileged families, spreading awareness about natural and side-effect-free healthcare while making quality treatment accessible to those who need it most.

These camps reflect the shared philosophy of both organizations: healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

Public Health Commitment

Dr. Sanjay Rana also contributes nationally as a Registered Member of NTEP (National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme) in collaboration with AYUSH, supporting India’s mission to eliminate TB by 2025. His involvement in Help U Trust as Internal Advisor further strengthens the impact of charitable healthcare initiatives.
